Please note, an update to section 10 from October 2021:

The HRA now require researchers to submit their final report to the HRA using a new form.  This is a standard approach which applies to all four nations of the UK.  It is still however a requirement for the JRMO to review the final reports prior to submission.

The expiry date on this SOP has been extended to February 2025
