Management Operations Hub

How does the Management Operations Hub support you?

The Management Operations Hub is a specialist function within the JRMO, supporting research and innovation activity across Queen Mary University of London and Barts Health NHS Trust.

We work across JRMO teams to help coordinate activity, improve how services and processes work, and connect the right people and expertise. Our work covers demand management, communications and engagement, systems and process improvement, and strategic projects and collaboration.

Need communications or engagement support?

Get support with JRMO communications, website content, newsletters, research showcases, events and strategic projects.

Could a system or process work better?

Get support to improve JRMO systems, processes, workflows, data quality and operational reporting.

Working on a strategic or collaborative project?

Get support to coordinate projects involving teams across Queen Mary, Barts Health and external partners.

Applying for demand-managed funding?

Find opportunities and guidance on Expressions of Interest, internal selection and support for applicants.

How can we support your communications and engagement?

We help JRMO teams communicate clearly and consistently with researchers, colleagues and partners across Queen Mary and Barts Health.

We can support you with:

  • newsletters, bulletins and staff updates
  • research showcases and engagement events
  • promoting funding opportunities and initiatives
  • stakeholder engagement
  • communications for strategic projects and programmes.
